How long does delivery take?
Most upholstered furniture orders are delivered within 6-7 weeks due to being hand made per order. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected configuration
Can I order fabric samples before purchasing?
Samples of every colour way in this range are available. The best way to see all possible color and material configurations is to visit our showroom. If you want us to send you the samples contact us at contact@flowcraft.nl
Is assembly required?
The piece arrives partially assembled with its legs already fitted. Two people can finish it in a few minutes; no tools are needed.
How do I care for the upholstery?
Vacuum with a soft brush head rather than a beater bar, and brush the pile back in one direction afterwards. Blot spills; never rub them.
What does the warranty cover?
Five years on the frame and the springs, covering manufacturing faults in ordinary domestic use.
